Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Your Wedding COO (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Your Wedding COO is a planning workspace that turns your inputs (budget tier, guest count, priorities, and other wedding details) into a budget breakdown, timeline, checklist, and vendor briefs. The output is an AI-generated planning aid, not professional advice or a substitute for a human wedding planner, financial advisor, or attorney.

2. Your account

You can use the Service anonymously or create an account with email/password or Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Free trial and subscription

• New users get a 7-day free trial of Pro features. No card is required to start the trial.
• To keep Pro access after the trial, you subscribe at $12/month. Pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we'll review it.

4. Your content

You own the wedding details, notes, checklist items, and budget data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you (including sending intake fields to our AI provider to generate your plan). We don't use your content for advertising or to train third-party AI models.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

6. AI output disclaimer

Budget ranges, timelines, and vendor briefs are generated by AI based on your inputs and general planning norms. They are estimates, not guarantees. Actual vendor prices, availability, legal requirements (marriage licenses, name changes, etc.), and logistics vary by region and vendor. Verify important details independently before making decisions.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service. We'll try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paying subscribers.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing hello@yourweddingcoo.com.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
